With Solara since 2008, Marisa is a cornerstone of the company. She manages:

 • Client relations

 • Employee coordination

 • Payroll and contracts

 • Sales support

Known for wearing many hats, Marisa ensures both clients and employees are supported at the highest level.

Lieutenant – Patrol Operations & Training

Captain John Babauta has been a dedicated leader at Solara Security Solutions since 2008, bringing extensive hands-on experience in field operations, supervision, and training. He began his career as an officer and quickly advanced through the ranks, demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and strong leadership in high-demand environments.

Throughout his career, Babauta has worked closely with local law enforcement, supported housing communities, and played a key role in improving safety through proactive patrol strategies, detailed reporting, and team oversight. His experience includes site supervision, field training, and operational coordination across multiple locations.

Today, as Captain, he oversees operations, client relations, and officer development, ensuring consistent service and high standards across all assignments. Known for his hands-on leadership style and commitment to excellence, Babauta remains a trusted leader and valued member of the Solara family.

With 8 years of dedicated service to the company, Dana has become a trusted leader and a vital connection between clients and operations.
