Our Standard
At Solara Security Solutions, we maintain a high level of performance and accountability across every assignment.
This is not a position for individuals seeking a passive role or simply a paycheck. Officers who prefer to remain in their vehicle or conduct minimal patrol activity will not be a fit for our organization.
We are a proactive enforcement company. Every property is actively patrolled on foot and by vehicle, with officers expected to identify, address, and document issues in real time. Officers are expected to exit their vehicles, thoroughly check the property, and actively look for anything that requires attention, correction, or reporting.
If you are not prepared to take initiative, remain detail-oriented, and actively engage in maintaining the safety and condition of each property, we respectfully ask that you do not apply.

We value your time and ours, and we are committed to building a team that reflects our standard of Elevated Property Protection.
Selection Process
Every candidate is evaluated through a structured process designed to ensure they meet both industry requirements and Solara’s elevated expectations:
- Panel-style interview focused on decision-making and real-world scenarios
- Comprehensive state and federal background screening
- Driving record review for patrol eligibility
- Employment and reference verification
- Financial responsibility screening
- Drug screening in alignment with company safety standards

Work Environment
Our officers operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with clear expectations and strong field support. Every assignment is centered around visibility, accountability, and proactive enforcement.
We provide:
- 10-hour patrol shifts (4/3 schedule)
- Opportunities for advancement into leadership roles
- 401(k) retirement program with employer contribution
At Solara, this is not just a job—it is an opportunity to be part of a company that sets a higher standard in the industry.
